Fall Beauty Trend: Bold, Colored Eyeliner

I was inspired to do an easy makeup tutorial featuring a really popular trend I've been seeing a lot of lately: bold, coloured eyeliner.  I used teal for this look but it would look equally as pretty with royal blue, metallic purple and emerald.
